Kelly is Owner and Director of the MISS LEAGUE CITY Pageant and is an Official Recruiter to the MISS TEXAS USA® and MISS LEAGUE CITY TEEN USA® Pageants.

 

She is a former Mrs. Galveston County and 1st Runner Up at Mrs. Texas.

Kelly Williams has been singing and performing since the age of 6.  At the age of 21, she was offered the chance to record in Nashville and go on tour, but opted to stay in college.

Kelly has been singing professionally for over 25 years, and for the past 5 years has been 

performing at different venues around the Houston and Bay Area. She has performed the National Anthem over 100 times at many charity, political, college and professional sporting events all over Texas.  Kelly has been chosen to sing with the local"Opry on the Square"events that feature some of Texas' best musicians and performers.

From 2001-2012, she served on the Kemah City Council, and was Mayor Pro-Tem for 2 years. For several years, Kelly produced and hosted her own WEB TV Shows on Bay Area Houston Magazine TV and YourTownTV.com.  Since 2000, she has appeared in numerous TV commercials and Print Ads.  

 

Kelly was named one of the "Legends of the Bay" by Bay Area Houston Magazine in 2018, and was Voted "2018, 2019, 2021 BEST FEMALE VOCALIST" in the Bay Area in Bay Area Houston Magazine.
